Working closely with Business Psychologist Andrew Sillitoe, we created the Brand Identity, strategy and tone of voice behind the self-named brand for his speaking, team coaching and leadership development globally. The aim was to disrupt this sector in a way that reflected Andrews unique and innovative views on team coaching, which have earned him invitations to work with companies including Pfizer, Ericsson, BNP Paribas, Nationwide, Barclays, Virgin Media and the BBC.
